1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must not be a custom order or personalized product, as these are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@korecredit.xyz to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details (such as photos if the item is damaged or defective).
  3. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item and ship it back to us at the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refund Process
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with the return and send a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event.
  • Watches that have been worn or used and show signs of wear and tear.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely. KORECREDIT is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
